Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC review is a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, voiding of bets and bonuses, and reporting to relevant regulatory authorities.
Each individual player is permitted to maintain only one (1) active xx777 account. The existence of duplicate accounts — whether created by the same person under different names, mobile numbers, or identification documents — constitutes a violation of these Terms. xx777 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and, in cases where abuse is detected (such as claiming welcome bonuses multiple times), to void all associated bonuses and winnings.
You are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and keeping such information updated throughout your use of the Platform. This includes but is not limited to your full legal name (as it appears on a government-issued Philippine ID), date of birth, mobile number registered to your GCash or Maya account, and residential address.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. xx777 will never ask for your password via chat, email, or SMS. Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to xx777 Support immediately via the Platform's live chat function. xx777 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized account access where the Player failed to maintain reasonable security of their credentials.
To access full withdrawal functionality, Players are required to complete KYC verification by submitting a valid Philippine government-issued photo identification document (UMID, PhilSys National ID, driver's license, or Philippine passport) and proof of address where required. KYC verification is processed within 24–48 business hours of document submission. Withdrawal requests may be held pending KYC completion. xx777 may request additional documentation at any point if required by applicable law or regulatory obligations.

An account is considered dormant after twelve (12) consecutive months of no login activity. xx777 may apply a monthly dormancy fee of ₱50 or equivalent to dormant accounts with a remaining balance, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. Players will be notified prior to dormancy fees being applied. Players may reactivate a dormant account by logging in and, where applicable, completing a refreshed KYC process.
xx777 offers various bonuses and promotions to registered Players. Each promotion is governed by specific bonus terms that set out wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum qualifying deposit, maximum bonus amount, expiry period, and any game-specific contribution rates. In the event of a conflict between a specific game's rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of game outcomes; these Terms shall prevail in all other respects.

This applies regardless of whether the Player has been notified of winnings prior to the malfunction being identified. A software malfunction voids all pays and plays.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the xx777 Platform. Violation of any prohibition may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant regulatory authorities:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, xx777 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.
xx777's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
xx777 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary service unavailability. xx777 is not liable for losses arising from connectivity failures, Platform downtime, or force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or telecommunications network failures.

Non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substantive rights of Players) may take effect immediately upon publication.
Your continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you should close your account before the effective date of the change.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
In the event of a dispute between a Player and xx777, Players are encouraged to contact xx777 Support in the first instance, as the majority of disputes can be resolved through direct communication. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines.
